Smart and East Business is designed for small business owners. I offer Real Accounting and Bookkeeping Solutions for small business, non-profits, sole proprietors, crafters and individuals.

I have clients who use my bookkeeping service once a month, and other my payroll service weekly. I do 1040 Schedule C tax returns, individual 1040 federal and state, business franchise tax filings, annual business registrations, annual property tax filings, bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, accounting, pre-auditor reconciliations of the business' quarterly and annual financial data, and financial statement preparation.

The reason I chose the name Real Accounting and Bookkeeping Solutions is because many small businesses don't need an accountant or bookkeeper everyday. My service can be an alternative to using your CPA firm to keep your books in order or as additional assurance that your finances are in order.

I have a wealth of accounting software knowledge, gained from engaging in system architecture, working with systems that where individual accounting modules need manual integration, and with systems that integrate in real time. I use available reporting software, such as Crystal reports and MS access to increase the use of financial data, using these to automate transaction processing and internal and external reporting.
